Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Doctor NutriCare, we strive to provide personalized and effective nutrition and wellness services. Since our consultations, meal plans, and programs are prepared individually for each client, we maintain a transparent and fair policy regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.


1. General Policy

All our services — including diet consultations, nutrition programs, customized diet plans, and digital resources — are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once purchased or delivered.

Each plan is personalized, time-bound, and involves expert consultation and effort; hence, no refunds will be issued after payment has been processed, except in the circumstances mentioned below.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel their booking or consultation before the scheduled appointment time.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session to be eligible for rescheduling.

  • If you fail to inform or cancel within 24 hours, the session will be considered completed, and no rescheduling or refund will apply.

  • In case of technical issues (such as failed payment or double booking), please contact our support team immediately at info@doctornutricare.com.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment: If a client is charged twice for the same transaction, the duplicate payment will be refunded within 7–10 working days after verification.

  • Transaction failure: If payment was deducted but the service booking did not go through, we will verify the transaction and initiate a full refund within 7–10 working days.

  • Service non-delivery: If, for any reason, the booked consultation could not be provided due to our unavailability or technical error, we will either reschedule or issue a full refund, as per your preference.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Completed consultations or delivered diet plans

  • Partial use of multi-session packages

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction after receiving the service

  • Missed sessions or delayed participation by the client

All approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment only.


4. Program Modifications & Transfers

  • You may request rescheduling of a consultation or modification of your diet plan by contacting us at info@doctornutricare.com.

  • Requests must be made within the program validity period.

  • Packages or memberships are non-transferable to another person.


5. Digital Products (if applicable)

If you purchase any digital products, such as e-books, diet templates, or video programs:

  • They are non-returnable and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

  • Please ensure you review the product details before completing your purchase.
