At Doctor NutriCare, we are committed to providing a secure and seamless payment experience for all our clients. This Payment Policy outlines the terms, methods, and conditions under which payments are accepted and processed for our products and services.


1. Payment Methods

We accept the following modes of payment for all online and offline transactions:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)

  • Debit Cards

  • Net Banking (All major Indian banks)

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)

  • Wallets and Payment Gateways

  • Bank Transfers (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)

  • Cash or cheque payments (for offline consultations, if applicable)

All online payments are processed through secure and verified third-party payment gateways that are compliant with RBI and PCI-DSS standards to ensure maximum security.


2. Payment Confirmation

  • Once a payment is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your transaction details and booking summary.

  • If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our support team at info@doctornutricare.com with your payment details.

  • Payments made are considered valid only after successful confirmation from our payment gateway or bank.


3. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST or other taxes, unless stated otherwise.

  • Doctor NutriCare reserves the right to modify the prices of services or products at any time, though such changes will not affect confirmed or ongoing orders.


4. Failed or Declined Transactions

If a payment fails or is declined due to technical issues, insufficient balance, or network problems:

  • The transaction will not be recorded, and no booking will be confirmed.

  • Please retry the payment after checking your account or contact your bank.

  • If an amount has been deducted but the transaction was not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank within 5–7 working days.


5. Duplicate Payments

In case of accidental duplicate payments, please contact us immediately at info@doctornutricare.com with proof of transaction.
After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded or adjusted against future services within 7–10 working days.


6. Payment for Subscription or Recurring Plans

For clients enrolled in monthly or recurring nutrition plans, payments will be automatically deducted as per the selected plan.
Clients may cancel future renewals by informing us at least 5 days before the next billing date via email.


7. Non-Payment or Delay

If payment is not received within the stipulated period (for offline clients or manual transfers):

  • The consultation or service may be put on hold or canceled.

  • Doctor NutriCare reserves the right to deny access to paid services until full payment is received.


8. Security & Data Protection

All online payments are processed through encrypted and secure channels.
Doctor NutriCare does not store or have access to your credit/debit card details, CVV numbers, or banking passwords.
Payment details are handled exclusively by our payment partners under strict security and privacy standards.


9. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original mode of payment only within the specified timelines.
